Yes. Our textiles are printed by skilled artisans using manual screen-printing methods. The handcrafted nature of the process means every piece carries its own unique character.

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, print placement, and finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of the artisan process and are not considered defects.

We recommend gentle washing in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals. Air dry under shade only and iron on a medium setting if needed.

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received from us.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
