Our dispatch lead time is 2 to 3 working days for all orders.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, poor-condition products, or if the item received differs from what was ordered. In such rare cases, you may initiate an exchange request directly on our website.

Please ensure that any issue is reported within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be entertained.
