Refund Policy

Refunds are issued according to the payment method used at checkout.

Credit Card Payments
 If the original payment was made using a credit card, approved refunds will be processed back to the same credit card used during the transaction.
 Refunds typically reflect within 3–5 working days, depending on the issuing bank.

All Other Payment Methods
 For orders paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Net Banking, Debit Cards, Wallets, or any other payment methods, refunds will not be credited back to the original payment source.

Instead, approved refunds will be issued as store credit to the customer’s Urban Karigar Co account.

Store credits:

  • Can be used for future purchases on the Urban Karigar Co website.

  • Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Cannot be transferred to a bank account or another payment method.

Urban Karigar Co reserves the right to determine the refund method in cases involving fraud prevention, policy abuse, or exceptional circumstances, in accordance with applicable laws.

Important

During collection, customers are responsible for handing over the correct item(s).
 Please retain your pickup receipt as proof of return.
