Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

·        Items must be unused and unworn

·        All original tags must remain attached

·        Original packaging must be intact

Each order qualifies for one complimentary return or exchange.

Please note:
Items received as part of an exchange are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accommodated.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery via our website. We will prioritise resolving the matter promptly.

 

Returns from Remote Postcodes

If return collection is unavailable in your area, you may arrange shipment to our warehouse directly.
We will not reimburse any amount towards shipping costs

 

 

 

Discounted & Multi-Item Orders

Where multiple items are purchased under a promotional offer, refunds are calculated based on the individual product price (₹1499) and not the discounted bundle value.

Example:
If two products (₹1499 each) are purchased with a 15% discount (₹2548.30 total) and one item is returned, the refund will be ₹1049.30, reflecting adjustment of the discount to the retained item.

Promotional discounts are recalculated based on the items kept.

 

Exchanges

You may exchange your item for another product of equal or lower value.

If selecting a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method once the exchange is completed.

Payment-gateway promotional discounts applied to the original order do not carry forward to exchanged items.

Cancellations -
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
As some orders are processed swiftly, cancellation may not always be possible. We recommend contacting us promptly should you wish to cancel.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued according to the payment method used at checkout.

Credit Card Payments
If the original payment was made using a credit card, UPI, Net Banking, Debit Cards, Wallets, or any other payment methods, approved refunds will be processed back to the source used during the transaction.
Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on the issuing bank.

All Other Payment Methods
For orders paid using Cash on Delivery reund will not be credited back to the original payment source.

Instead, approved refunds will be issued as store credit to the customer’s Urban Karigar.Co account.

Store credits:

• Can be used for future purchases on the Urban Karigar.Co website.

• Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Cannot be transferred to a bank account or another payment method.

Urban Karigar.Co reserves the right to determine the refund method in cases involving fraud prevention, policy abuse, or exceptional circumstances, in accordance with applicable laws.

During collection, customers are responsible for handing over the correct item(s).
Please retain your pickup receipt as proof of return.
